Application Process

Each applicant *Must Have* to bring the following information at the time they apply or they *Can Not Be Processed*

1.) Proof of identity and age for each person on the application.
Apply for child(ren) 0-12 years. (Name, age, and gender of all persons living in the household. One applicant per household.) Social Security card or bring official documents aid card or AFDC printouts, etc.. Example: birth certificate, shot record, Medicaid card (AFDC printouts), school record, etc. Be prepared to give correct sizes for each child.

2.) Proof of residence Current utility bill, and drivers license/State ID

3.) Proof of income and expenses for all persons in the household. This needs to be official proof, such as check stubs or notice from caseworker for AFDC and food stamps, social security statement, etc. Please bring current budget sheet and bills/statements.Manna Outreach and Resource will notify you by phone or mail if you qualify. Officials will also notify recipients of the time and location to pick up.
